Masaseng steps down from FUB

Masaseng has served in this capacity since 2011.
During his tenure, Masaseng played a pivotal role in advancing the union’s mission and strengthening its presence within the football community.
The FUB Board expresses its sincere gratitude to Masaseng for his unwavering dedication and invaluable contributions over the past 14 years. His leadership has left a lasting impact on the organisation and the broader sporting landscape.

In the interim, the Board has appointed Unoda Pride Mahlaya as Acting Secretary General while the search for a substantive replacement is underway. The Board is committed to ensuring a smooth transition and continued organisational stability during this period.
Masaseng will now dedicate his efforts fully to his duties as FIFPRO AFRICA General Secretary, a role he has held since June 2023. 

FUB wishes him every success in this important continental leadership position and looks forward to continued collaboration in support of African football.
